INFORMATION SHIPPING
INFORMATION Shipping costs are calculated
automatically by our shopping cart and there are
three delivery options for most shipping baskets.

Use the charts
included on each product page
to determine how many business days it typically
takes for delivery of that particular
product. Orders entered by 9 AM EST,
Mon-Fri, usually ship the same day.
Please supply all requested
shipping information. Occasionally it may
be necessary to contact the recipient by telephone
to complete delivery. Deliveries CANNOT be
made to P.O. boxes. (The
exception is personalized gifts shipped via USPS
Priority Mail.)
UPS
amd FedEx Ground services
do not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations.
For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times
use Express Air, or Overnight Air.
Please supply your phone
number in case questions arise regarding your order.
Saturdays and Sundays are
not counted when calculating the number of days
a parcel will spend in transit.
Redelivery charges will
apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect
delivery information. Delivery services will
not forward to another address.
All shipping costs shown
are for destinations in the Continental United States
only.
Based on availability,
we reserve the right to make similar substitutions
of equal or greater value.
We do not ship internationally,
but we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. For these shipments
overnight air is required and delivery time is typically
three days. (The exception
is some personalized items can be shipped to Canada.
Additional shipping charges will apply.)
